This interactive application and all corresponding data (herein after referred to as the dashboard) are provided for informational purposes only. The dashboard is intended to support Solano County's Bayshore Resiliency Plan and provide a regional-scale illustration of the assets and geographies at risk of future coastal flooding and groundwater changes in response to sea level rise. The dashboard was developed in 2026 and all underlying data from local and regional agencies was collected in 2025 and have not been updated since.

The dashboard relies on the latest science available upon publication regarding sea level rise and rising groundwater trends within the San Francisco Bay (see flooding caveats). The dashboard further relies on readily available regional and local datasets that represent the type, location, and number of assets located in Solano County (see data caveats). The dashboard should not be used to support navigation, investment, development, regulation, permitting, mitigation, or other legal uses. The dashboard is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk associated with the results and performance of the dashboard is assumed by the user. Pathways Climate Institute LLC shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss or damage of any sort incurred in connection with your use of the dashboard. Commercial use of the dashboard is prohibited.

Flooding caveats: The flooding shown relies on topographic data from 2010 which may not capture topographic features, infrastructure improvements, or shoreline development that may alter or reduce future flood extent. Tidal range, surge response, and Bay morphology are assumed to remain stationary as sea level rises. Coastal erosion, subsidence, and local wind-wave affects are not considered. Other sources of flooding, including riverine and stormwater flooding, are not included and these flood sources could exacerbate the flooding shown.

Data caveats: Asset (e.g., schools, fire stations) locations are approximate and assets may be missing or may no longer exist. The planning geographies (e.g., environmental justice communities, Plan Bay Area growth geographies) rely on regional datasets. Where feasible, the data is consistent with San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission's Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan Atlas (2026).
